Shipment & Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver all across Pakistan.
- Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- After you place an order, we will confirm your shipping address by messaging you via WhatsApp (or email if WhatsApp is unavailable).
- Your order will only be dispatched after your confirmation.
- During this confirmation stage, you may cancel or make changes to your order.
- Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, rest assured — if the product is not as advertised, you are fully protected under our free returns policy.
3. Delivery Time:
Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. Remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping on orders above Rs.3,999 (Within Pakistan).
- Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
- Packaging:
We ensure that your dry fruits and products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit.
- Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility:
We accept returns and refunds only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
- Return Request:
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order if you experience any issues.

- Return Process:
Upon approval, we will guide you through the return shipping process. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault.
- Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. These include:
- Products that are partially consumed or used (e.g., half-eaten dry fruits)
- Used or tampered handicrafts
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Damaged Shipments:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us for a replacement or refund.
