1. Where do your dry fruits come from?
Most of our products are self-cultivated on our own orchards in Payukush, District Ghizer, Gilgit Baltistan, including walnuts, almonds, apricots, plums, cherries, jujubes, apples, and our signature Kilao.
However, not all products are self-grown.
- Some items like pistachios (Pista) and cashews (Kaju) are imported,
- While a few others are sourced from trusted local farmers who follow organic and quality-focused practices.
This blend ensures that we deliver the best quality dry fruits from both our own farms and carefully selected partners.
2. Are your products organic?
Yes. All our products are organically grown, using traditional, chemical-free farming and drying methods to preserve nutrition and flavor.
3. What is Kilao?
Kilao is a local delicacy made by dipping walnuts or almonds into thickened grape or mulberry syrup. Our Kilao is handcrafted by skilled women in Gilgit Baltistan using traditional recipes passed down through generations.
4. How do you support women and local communities?
We are committed to empowering women by training them in Kilao-making and dry fruit processing. We buy directly from these women, giving them a reliable income and helping them become financially independent in remote areas.
5. How do you keep prices affordable?
We eliminate middlemen and handle everything from harvesting to packaging ourselves. This direct-to-customer model allows us to provide premium quality at affordable prices.
6. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery within Pakistan.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Remote regions may require extra time.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. We confirm your address via WhatsApp or email before dispatching your parcel.
You may cancel or make changes to your order during this confirmation stage.
Once the parcel is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you are protected under our free returns policy if the product is not as advertised.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.
10. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Products are half-consumed
- Handicrafts are used
- Items are not in original condition (excluding issues caused by us)
11. How do I store the dry fruits?
Store your dry fruits in a cool, dry place inside an airtight container. Refrigeration is recommended for long-term freshness.
12. Is the medical advice on your website accurate?
We share general information about the benefits of dry fruits and nuts based on traditional and nutritional knowledge. However, we do not provide medical advice, and customers are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products for health purposes.
13. What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept:
- IBFT – Bank Transfer to our official Habib Bank Ltd account (details on the payment page)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Note: Debit/Credit card payments are not yet available.
14. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account.
Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
